CASEE Attendance
Consistent attendance is essential for the CASEE learning environment. Many of the activities and assignments for CASEE courses are hands-on experiences that are difficult, or may be impossible, to make up (ex: time-sensitive labs & field study days).
Additionally, CASEE is a Career & Technical Education (CTE) program. As such, CASEE is a great place to start preparing for the work force and build skills necessary for being a dependable employee later in life - reliable attendance and punctuality are part of that dependability.
Keeping this in consideration, we understand that perfect attendance is not always possible. The CASEE Attendance Policy includes steps to take in the case of absences for various reasons.
For all absences, please inform CASEE via email to attendance.casee@battlegroundps.org or via phone at (360) 885-5361. The attendance office at a student's home high school (Prairie or Battle Ground High School) will also need to be informed in order to have the absence excused.
